Team Resident Nurse

Rose "Rudy" Cain serves as the dedicated Team Nurse for ICAND. With her warm and caring demeanor, Rudy provides compassionate and expert nursing care to support the health and well-being of ICAND's community and students when traveling abroad. 

A seasoned nursing professional with 6 years of experience as a  RN, and 20 years as a Licensed Paramedic.  Rudy possesses a deep understanding of community health, pediatrics, and emergency needs. Her clinical expertise is complemented by her exceptional communication skills, empathy, and kindness.

Rudy holds a Associated in Nursing and is a licensed RN. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care, promoting health education, and advocating for the unique needs of ICAND's community.

As a valued member of the ICAND team, Rudy plays a vital role in advancing the organization's mission to promote health, wellness, and social justice.
